In 2007 consolidated income of OJSC CIF “ITT-Capital” portfolio companies increased in 27% in comparison with 2006 and net assets value increased in 79,6%. This  data includes results of six companies performance such as  OJSC Darnytsia Reinforced Concrete Plant,  OJSC Reinforced Concrete Plant (c. Rivne), OJSC Hotel Holosiyivsky, Trade House Klen LLC, OJSC  “Energiya” and also performans results of  OJSC Obukhiv Porous Concrete Plant, which was under the fund’s management till the end of 2007.

OJSC «ІТТ-Plaza» agreed with Intercontinental Hotels group upon construction of the first in Kyiv Crowne Plaza hotel at Korolenkivska street, which will be the part of the new multifunctional complex having been worked out by Investment group of companies «ІТТ». New hotel will contain 225 rooms, restaurant, business-centre and 5 equipped conference rooms with the total area of 1020 square metres, SPA-salon and other premises for the provision of the world-known high level of services under the Crowne Plaza standards for corporate and private clients.

Ukrainian rating program "Guard of Top-managers" announced the results of its rating of TOP-managers of 2007. This year results are considerd to be much improved as the rating was made taking into account not only expert opinion, but also the dynamics of development of the companies. The efficient management of Investment group ITT was distinguished again, that's why we congratulate Oksana Markarova on the 5th place in the branch rating of managers of financial sector and 66th place in the "Top-500" rating of managers of Ukraine in the whole.

On October 30th, 2007 CJSC IC “ITT-Invest” joined self-regulatory organization Association “Reginal Stock Alliance” and became a participant of Trade-information system “Perspective”.

«Stock store network» Llc. and «Plyus Vybor» Llc., established in July 2007 by ex-members of Board of insurance group “TAS”, agreed upon reciprocal patrnership in the sphere of establishing common centres on the territory of Ukraine, that is stipulated by the draft contract on cooperation.
