Platinum Plaza is a unique construction project of class A office center which shall be situated in a business center of Kyiv city at the crossing of Volodymyrs’ka and Korolenkivs’ka streets not far from Olimpiyskyy stadium. All specification documents are almost completed. General design stage was approved by City Planning Commission in 2008, lease agreement was concluded for 49 years. The company has also rights to demolish buildings. Additional competitive advantage of the project is premises which can be granted on lease and bring additional income even before the beginning of construction.

Project of Mixed-Use Development in Resort City of Myrhorod

The project implies construction of a mixed-use development in the center of the resort city of Myrhorod on the 0 ,86 ha plot with a total area of 16 000 m². According to the design project, mixed-use development shall consist of two parts: housing part used for temporal resistance and heightened comfort part for permanent living. At present the project is at final design stage and is undergoing public examination.

Project includes development of a land plot situated in Rozhiv village, Makarivskyy region into the modern industrial park. The company plans to construct several manufacturing departments and logistic park that is why it is going to provide all necessary utilities and create all conditions for production establishment.

Project of School Reconstruction in Puscha-Vodytsya

The project was launched in 2008 when an old school in Puscha-Vodytsya with a total area of 3150m² was bought. The 0,7 ha land plot is situated in a marvelous area in the center of resort area of Puscha Vodytsya. The project implied reconstruction and decorating works in order to lease the building to the educational institution. In May 2009 a long-term lease contract was signed with International French School. The reconstruction was finished in August and in September 2009 a new eductional insitution started its activity, providing the highest standards of education.

Conference Hall & Hotel Irpin (Transcon Ltd), Irpin city

Conference Hall & Hotel Irpin is a successful investment project which was launched in 2007 from the purchase of a building of an old school situated on the 1 ha area in Irpin. The project implied reconstruction and redesign of the building into a complex which offers full spectrum of conference services. At present Conference Hall & Hotel Irpin is a modern complex which suits perfectly for different kinds of corporate events starting from business meetings and seminars to banquets and business celebrations.
