Funds Under ITT Management
Besides three new, there are six investment funds under OJSC ITT-management:
- one shareholder (non-public funds founded for one or a group of investors):
- UVIF “Platinum-Invest”
- UVIF “Ukrinvestbud”
- CIF “Trans-Invest”
- OJSC CIF “Manuscript”
- CIF “Titanium-Invest”
- fund of direct investments under ITT company.
- OJSC CIF “ITT-Capital” defines its strategy as investment into Ukrainian companies, which have considerable potential of growth and development, as well as bringing companies to leading positions and making profitable exits. ITT-Capital invests in different sectors of economy, in particular building materials production, consumer goods and trade etc. Company’s portfolio includes OJSC Darnytsia Reinforced Concrete Plant, OJSC Hotel Holosiyivsky, OJSC Reinforced Concrete Plant (c. Rivne), OJSC “Budprommontazh”, Trade House Klen LLC, etc.
